LEGAL TERMS

1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the JETUP mobile application, website (www.jetup.aero), and the ask Up assist AI flight technology. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User") and JETUP LTD (UK).

 

2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM (BROKERAGE NOTICE)
JETUP provides a digital interface that connects users with third-party certified air operators, luxury hotels, and VIP transfer providers.

  • No Direct Provision: JETUP is not an air carrier, hotelier, or transport operator.

  • Intermediary Role: We act solely as a professional broker and technology provider. All services booked through the app are performed by independent third-party providers who maintain their own operational control and legal liability.

 

3. THE "ASK UP ASSIST" AI TECHNOLOGY

  • Algorithm Use: Our ask Up assist technology uses AI to analyze global fleet data, routing, and pricing to provide instant flight proposals.

  • Proposal Accuracy: While we strive for real-time accuracy, all AI-generated quotes are "proposals" and are subject to final manual verification and aircraft owner approval.

  • Voice Commands: Users utilizing voice-activated AI commands acknowledge that these recordings are processed solely to facilitate booking requests.

 

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Registration: Users must provide accurate and updated information (Identity, Contact, and Passport data) for flight manifests.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any action taken through your account is deemed to be authorized by you.

 

5. BOOKING & TRANSACTION PROTOCOLS

  • Binding Requests: A booking request becomes a binding charter contract only after JETUP issues a "Flight Confirmation" and the required payment is secured.

  • Payments: All transactions within the app are processed via secure, encrypted gateways. Users are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges.

 

6. MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
If you subscribe to a JETUP Membership plan (Standard or Premium), you agree to the specific fee structures and benefit limits associated with that plan. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

 

7. PROHIBITED USES
Users agree not to:

  • Use the app for any fraudulent or illegal flight requests.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the ask Up assist AI algorithms.

  • Submit false documentation or identity data.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All app designs, the "Up" logo, software code, and AI methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of JETUP LTD. No license is granted to users beyond the personal use of the platform.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JETUP LTD shall not be liable for technical interruptions of the app, inaccuracies in AI-generated data, or the failure of third-party service providers (AOC holders, hotels, etc.) to perform their duties. Our total liability is limited to the brokerage fee collected for the specific transaction.

 

10. DATA PRIVACY
Your data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Statement. JETUP is registered with the ICO (Registration: ZC130958) to ensure the highest standards of data privacy.

 

11. TERMINATION
JETUP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in suspicious activity without prior notice.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be settled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
