1. CHECK-IN AND ARRIVAL
To ensure a punctual departure, all passengers are requested to arrive at the designated Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or private terminal at least 20-30 minutes before the scheduled takeoff.
2. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passengers must carry valid original travel documents (Passports, Visas, and Identity Cards) required by the authorities of the country of departure, transit, and destination. JETUP LTD is not responsible for any delays or denied boardings resulting from invalid or missing documentation.
3. SECURITY SCREENING
While private aviation offers a faster process, passengers and their luggage are still subject to security screening protocols in compliance with international and local aviation authority regulations.
4. BAGGAGE POLICY
Baggage allowance is strictly limited by the aircraft’s weight and balance safety requirements. Please refer to your specific flight confirmation for baggage dimensions. High-density items or oversized sports equipment must be declared during the booking process.
5. IN-FLIGHT CONDUCT
For the safety of all onboard, passengers must comply with all instructions given by the flight crew. The Pilot-in-Command reserves the right to refuse transport to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of substances or whose conduct may jeopardize the safety of the flight.
