JETUP LTD (“JETUP”) is a private jet charter broker and a registered travel intermediary. JETUP is not an air carrier. We do not own, maintain, operate, or charter aircraft directly. JETUP does not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC). All flight services booked through the JETUP platform, including those initiated via our AI-powered ask Up assist technology, are performed by third-party certified air operators who maintain full operational and legal control of the aircraft at all times.

3. ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED DATA
The ask Up assist AI technology provides flight proposals based on real-time data analysis. However, all AI-generated pricing, routing, and aircraft availability are estimated proposals and do not constitute a binding contract. Final availability and pricing are subject to manual verification by JETUP staff and the final approval of the respective aircraft owner or operator. JETUP assumes no liability for discrepancies between AI-generated estimates and final contract terms.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JETUP LTD, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as luxury hotel partners or global aviation authorities). JETUP has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for them.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold JETUP LTD harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
