1. OWNERSHIP OF MARKS
The names, logos, slogans, and service marks displayed on this website and the JETUP mobile application (collectively, the “Marks”) are the exclusive registered and unregistered intellectual property of JETUP LTD, registered in the United Kingdom.

 

2. PROTECTED ASSETS
Our intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:

• The JETUP™ Name: The brand name used in connection with our charter brokerage and travel intermediary services.

• The "Up" Logo: The unique stylistic icon representing our brand identity.

• ask Up assist™: The proprietary name and branding of our AI-powered flight assistant technology.

• Taglines: All brand slogans such as "New Generation Private Flight Network" and other marketing phrases unique to JETUP.

 

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Unauthorized use of the Marks is strictly prohibited. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the JETUP Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this site, without prior written consent from JETUP LTD.

 

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Specifically, users and third parties are prohibited from:

• Using JETUP Marks as "hot" links to any other website unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by us in writing.

• Registering or using any domain name, social media handle, or business name that incorporates the JETUP name or any confusingly similar variations.

• Using JETUP Marks in meta tags or any other "hidden text" techniques.

 

5. THIRD-PARTY MARKS
Any other trademarks, service marks, or logos appearing on the JETUP platform (such as those of IATA, ICO, or specific aircraft manufacturers like Gulfstream or Bombardier) are the property of their respective owners. JETUP’s use of these marks is for descriptive or accreditation purposes only and does not imply endorsement or ownership.

 

6. ENFORCEMENT
JETUP LTD aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. Any infringement will result in immediate legal action to seek injunctive relief, monetary damages, and legal fees.
