COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
All content included on the JETUP website (www.jetup.aero) and the JETUP mobile application—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the exclusive property of JETUP LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

 

2. PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY AND ALGORITHMS
The unique software architecture, database structures, and artificial intelligence methodologies, specifically including the ask Up assist™ engine and its underlying logic, are protected as trade secrets and copyrighted works of JETUP LTD. Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the functional logic of the JETUP platform is a strictly prohibited violation of our intellectual property rights.

 

3. LIMITED LICENSE AND ACCESS
JETUP LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this platform. This license does not include:

  • Any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents.

  • Any collection and use of any aircraft listings, descriptions, or prices.

  • Any derivative use of this site or its contents.

  • Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another broker or competitor.

  • Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

 

4. REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
No part of the JETUP platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent from JETUP LTD. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of JETUP without express written consent.

 

5. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (DMCA COMPLIANCE)
JETUP LTD respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our Legal Department immediately at legal@jetup.aero.

 

6. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MULTIMEDIA
All aircraft photography, cabin renderings, and promotional videos are either the property of JETUP LTD or used under specific license agreements from our partners and aircraft operators. Unauthorized downloading or redistribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.

 

7. DURATION OF PROTECTION
The protection of the materials on this platform extends globally and remains in effect for the maximum duration permitted by international copyright treaties and the laws of the United Kingdom.
