Operator Service Agreement
JETUP Master Charter Operator & Subscription Agreement, completed and signed by the Operator Representative.
Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
Copy of the valid AOC along with the official Operations Specifications (Ops Specs) detailing fleet authorization.
Official Certificate of Incorporation and a valid passport copy of the signing Director.
Corporate Registry & Director ID
WYVERN Authorization Form
Signed consent allowing WYVERN ACES platform tracking for the registered tail numbers.
